SMALL SPACES MAGNIFIED
The brief was to create an open, contemporary house on a small plot of 100 square yards. The plot is a corner plot, with an adjacent park. Since two of the floors had to be given on rent, the costs needed to be optimised.
The house was designed as a 2BHK on every floor, keeping in mind the latest trends in the industry.
The living-dining has huge windows overlooking the greenery of the park. These big glass windows bring in the outdoor look.
The open kitchen is bright and airy.
The marble- look vitrified tiles on the entire floor unify the house, and give it a seamless look.
Beautiful and minimalistic false ceilings are designed for every floor.
The colour palette consists of neutral tones and earthy elements.
The toilets have been made chic and beautiful with tiles costing only Rupees 50-75 per square foot.
Wood panels, graphite grey APC sheets and white paint give the exteriors a trendy and contemporary feel.
