This challenging project required the merging of two 2- bedroom flats on the same level into a larger three-bedroom apartment. Keeping into account the structural safety, a five-foot opening was created to connect the two adjacent floors.

The double drawing rooms were segregated into the all-wood dining alcove, the family lounge and the formal living room.

The house has interesting and eye-catching false ceiling designs.

The Brescia Aurora marble adds a distinctly upmarket look to the whole apartment.

The dramatic and monochromatic master toilet in black and white has an entire wall lined with cupboards and a huge counter and vanity.

The entrance door is a carved Duco- painted door. All other doors are in smoked eucalyptus veneer.

The pristine white mandir is a subtle background to the colourful pictures and statues of all the deities.
