This plush apartment was designed for three generations of a family.

The dynamic younger generation wanted a trendy automated house with the latest gadgets and materials.

 

The huge 5000 sq. ft single level space was designed as a 4 bedroom apartment. The house has total visual and spatial connectivity.

 

An entrance Foyer opens on to a smaller foyer to the left, which leads to the Living Dining, the Lounge, the Master Bedroom and the huge balconies. The other 3 bedrooms are on the right side of the entrance foyer, giving the requisite privacy to the personal spaces. All rooms are airy, light-filled and resonating with fresh energy vibes.

 

The entrance and public areas were done up largely in white, symbolic of peace, tranquillity and serenity. The white Thausus stone waterfall at the entrance is pristine and harmonious with the white floor.

 

The all-wood TV lounge is an extension of the living room, yet creates the feeling of a den. It has the latest Audio Visual equipment, A folding projection screen and a projector which with the touch of a button goes inside the wooden false ceiling, and flushes with it.

 

The decor of the living room is chic, with modern furniture against backdrops of textured natural material. Gold adds a touch of opulence to the living room.

 

The powder room is white with gold color fittings, in continuation with the color scheme of the living room.

 

The master toilet also has white and gold mosaic tiles with the jacuzzi corner in wooden tiles.

The second master toilet is in black and white tiles, and a television which becomes a mirror at the click of a button.

 

The kitchen is uber chic in black and white glass cabinets, done by LUBE of Italy.

 

The house flows from one corner to the other seamlessly. Each corner of the house is personalized with accessories and Art. This house fulfils all the desires of the three generations with the right mix of spaces for everyone.
